Photography has been a part of Amanda's life for over two-thirds of it. What began as a hobby has grown into a dedicated creative focus, with photography now at the center of her artistic pursuits. With experience behind the lens, Amanda approaches her work with intention, care, and a continually evolving perspective.
Her photography focuses on, but is not limited to, astrophotography, fine art, landscapes, street, and wildlife photography. Drawn to both expansive scenes and subtle details, Amanda captures everything from night skies and dramatic environments to candid street moments and fleeting encounters with wildlife, always emphasizing atmosphere, emotion, and a strong sense of place.
Based in the Pacific Northwest, Amanda finds inspiration in its diverse landscapes and ever-changing light. She travels extensively throughout the United States and internationally, with frequent journeys to Japan and Iceland, where culture, contrast, and environment continue to influence her visual storytelling.
